Here is the first official Fox Family blog. Having four kids keeps us pretty busy, but they provide hours of entertainment too. We are constantly cracking up at the funny things that come out of their mouths.
We are headed off to our first family vacation with all 4 kids. We will be driving which should be interesting- it's about a 6 hour drive and we are hoping to get it done in 7 but won't be shocked if it ends up being more like 8.
I am packing today and had the kids pick a few items to put in their backpack to take in the car and have at the lake house. Cameron's backpack is much larger then Riley's and so he has packed everything he could stuff in the bag. Woody, a monkey, a horse, 5 cars, 5 books, an activity (which I made him bring), a baby doll, and a lantern. Riley on the other hand packed one book, one doll, an and activity. I have a feeling tomorrow as we are walking out the door she will have her hands full of other "must bring" items. Helena's bag is filled with electronics: an ipod, nintendo, cell phone, and a book (which I made her bring). Dean only gets to bring one teether and a blanket- no bag needed.
So much more to do before we leave but looking forward to a fun few days away from Havertown!
